I, myself, often look for a different link to the prompt, so it's fun to see someone else do it. And yes - hooray for Google Translate! I write to a family in The Netherlands. They write & speak English well, but appreciate it when I write in Dutch (Nederlands). Years ago I had to rely on translation books & a battery operated pocket-sized translator, but they only translated word by word so it was rather slow going! Google makes it so much easier!La Nightingailhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04769079547153094005noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-36955857.post-30870638578334291062015-03-29T11:03:22.441-07:002015-03-29T11:03:22.441-07:00Were you stuck in traffic long enough that the num...Were you stuck in traffic long enough that the numbers stuck with you?<br />Helen Killeen Bauch McHarguehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07042488205276127209noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-36955857.post-78267411341156199722015-03-29T11:02:23.206-07:002015-03-29T11:02:23.206-07:00Remember Esperanto?Remember Esperanto?Helen Killeen Bauch McHarguehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07042488205276127209noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-36955857.post-68471566803420132952015-03-29T04:13:42.687-07:002015-03-29T04:13:42.687-07:00An interesting post. I also enjoyed your images (especially the one of you and the other kids on Dominion Street), if you hadn't explained what the number was I would never have guessed. I’m going to take a closer look at all the old family photos now. I know some of them have odd numbers and letters written on the back – maybe I will be able to decipher them if I spend a little time on it.Barbarahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05962552429792516213noreply@blogger.com
